The Old Stone Gallery, Greensville, Ontario, Canada

Space Availability

The property consists of 3 buildings, each of which is covered below. Most of the renovations, due to be completed in the Summer of 2008, relate to the stone building that faces the parking lot.

Although the inside is divided up into various rooms, the computer network cabling has been arranged so that each room can be connected to the router. Whether a tenant has just a single room on one floor or rooms located on different floors, they can be networked together to facilitate Internet connections and sharing of information or peripherals.

So why should you consider leasing space in The Old Stone Gallery?

  • You have a home office/business and it is becoming inconvenient to continue working from home. Too many interruptions and not enough space.

  • Your morning commute is time consuming and getting worse.

  • The cost of commuting is escalating as the price of gasoline continues to remain unstable.

  • Working locally will save you time and definitely save you gas!

  • There is already too much stress in our lives. At the Old Stone Gallery you can wind down in a peaceful environment. Need a break to gather your thoughts or be creative? Take a short walk to Websters Falls Park and relax.

  • 160 years ago this building was a hive of activity. Feel the creativity that continues to today.

  • Your work space is newly refurbished and despite the 'old' feel of the building, the Old Stone Gallery is wired on every floor for TV cable, network cabling, phones and the Internet. Modern facilities in an historic building.

N.B. Please note that we have already had enquiries about space during the renovations, so although ALL areas are listed below, not all may be available at the time you enquire.
